Terms of Use

1. What the Service does

The Service is a browser tool that presents a value, price, score, total, or result using visual themes and reveal animations. The current MVP is provided free of charge and does not require registration.

The Service does not determine or guarantee whether an entered value is accurate, a price is fair, an appraisal is genuine, or a vote or result is official.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the titles, values, units, and other content you choose to display. If a number is presented to others as a fact, official result, price, or valuation, you are responsible for confirming its accuracy and your authority to display it.

3. Prohibited use

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of public order
• Infringing another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, reputation, or other rights
• Using the Service to materially deceive others by presenting fabricated official results, appraisals, prices, or similar claims
• Overloading, attacking, probing, or interfering with the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonating the Service operator by misusing the Service source, brand, or interface
• Other conduct that the operator reasonably determines creates a serious risk to safe operation of the Service

4. Your input and rights

Rights in values and text you enter remain with you or the applicable rights holder. The current MVP does not include a feature that posts your reveal settings to a proprietary server for public hosting.

5. Intellectual property in the Service

Rights in the Service’s original software, interface, text, logo, theme designs, and other protected content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

6. Changes and availability

We may modify, add to, suspend, or discontinue the Service for quality improvements, security, legal requirements, third-party service changes, or maintenance. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee permanent availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or perfect compatibility with every browser and device.

The Service does not provide appraisal, accounting, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions solely because a number was displayed through the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use or inability to use the Service is limited, except where limitation is not permitted by mandatory law or where liability results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence as applicable.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, and future advertising or analytics. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies to their services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable requirements. If a change is material, we will provide a reasonably prominent notice through the Service.
